2. Grantor and Grantee names are entered in the
form shown by the example: "SMITH JOHN".
3. To find Grantor
or Grantee names where you are not sure if name is first or middle name, search for "SMITH%JOHN".
This will find "SMITH JOHN" and "SMITH
ROBERT JOHN".
4. Dates are entered in the form
mm/dd/yyyy.
5. Subdivision/Block/Lot or Survey/Acres is
consistently posted to property documents.
6. The Instrument Number is a 5 digit
number that continues from year to year (labeled “Clerknumber”). For example. the first document of 2012
is Instrument Number 59073. The first document of 2011 is
58148. The first document of 2001 is 47030.
