names in this database. So, Grantor and Grantee names are entered in the
form shown by the example: "SMITH JOHN".
3. To find Grantor
or Grantee names where you are not sure if name is first or middle name, search for "SMITH%JOHN".
This will find "SMITH JOHN" and "SMITH
ROBERT JOHN".
4. Dates are entered in the form
mm/dd/yyyy.
5. Property Address is
not posted to all documents. Addresses are posted as street number and name,
for example: "1106
E Main".
6. Subdivision/Block/Lot or Survey/Acres is
consistently posted to property documents.
7. Clerk Instrument Numbers are in the form "yyyy-nnnnnnnn"
where yyyy is the year and nnnnnnnn is a zero-filled sequentially assigned
number.
