or Grantee names where you are not sure if name is first or middle name, search for "SMITH%JOHN".

ROBERT JOHN".
4. Instrument
Numbers are sequential numbers of varying lengths (usually 4 to 6 digits).
For example, the first document filed in 1984 was Instrument Number 6962.
The frst document filed in 2009 was 108439.
5. Civil court
documents like bankruptcies, divorces, probates typically have a prefix
letter C.
