2. Grantor and Grantee names are entered in this
form: "SMITH JOHN"
(no punctuation).
3. To find Grantor
or Grantee names where you are not sure if name is first or middle name, search for "SMITH%JOHN".
This will find "SMITH JOHN" and "SMITH
ROBERT JOHN".
4. Dates are entered in the form
mm/dd/yyyy.
5. Clerk Document Numbers are
posted in different way such as 200500100 or 1980-11 or 2003-0009.
6. We have document images for
Book Types DR, OPR, RP and REL. The following lists book types for which we
have data but no imaqes.

Book Type MS - all document images are missing
Book Type DT - all document images are missing (prior to February 1984)
Book Type AJ - all document images are missing
