or Grantee names where you are not sure if name is first or middle name, search for "SMITH%JOHN".
This will find "SMITH JOHN" and "SMITH
ROBERT JOHN".
4. Dates are entered in the form
mm/dd/yyyy.

Subdivision/Block/Lot, Abstract and Acres are posted where available but incomplete.
6. Clerk Document Numbers are
posted as a sequential 7 digit number from 1975 thru 1986. In 1986, Document
Numbers start at 1 and continue sequentially thru the end of the year and
then are reset to 1. Official Records began in 1999.
