form: "SMITH JOHN"
(no punctuation).
3. To find Grantor
or Grantee names where you are not sure if name is first or middle name, search for "SMITH%JOHN".
This will find "SMITH JOHN" and "SMITH
ROBERT JOHN".
4. Dates are entered in the form
mm/dd/yyyy.

Subdivision/Block/Lot is posted where available but is incomplete.

Instrument Numbers have a 4-digit year prefix followed by a zero-filled 5
digit sequential number. So the first document files in 2007 is Instrument
Number 200700001.
7. Images are multi-page PDF files
and cost $4 per document, regardless of the number of pages.
